Is My First PC Build Good Enough for Gaming and Development?

Hey everyone! I'm really excited (and a bit nervous!) about building my first PC. I've researched and come up with a list of parts I plan to use. My main focus will be gaming (titles like Expedition 33, Total War: Warhammer 3, Baldur's Gate 3) and some software development. I want to know if this build would be solid enough for mid-tier performance. Just a heads up, I'm located in Eastern Europe, so I'll be buying from Amazon Germany and local vendors with a total budget of around €2.4k. I've updated prices to reflect the current market, as they vary from what's listed on PcPartPicker. I found a 5070 Ti Gaming Trio OC for €60 cheaper and a 5070 Ti WINDFORCE OC SFF for €158 cheaper, but I've heard mixed things about Gigabyte's GPUs in this generation. Any tips or suggestions would be hugely appreciated!

The 5070 Ti is actually pretty good for entry-level 4K gaming. If you're aiming for 1440p, it should handle most AAA games at max settings with high FPS. Just let me know what kind of performance you're trying to achieve or if you'd prefer to save some cash!

I'm targeting 1440p. I don't have a specific monitor in mind right now; any recommendations?
