I'm building my first PC and have a budget slightly over $1000. I'm planning to use a Ryzen 7700X CPU paired with an ASRock 7600 Challenger GPU and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. I mainly want to use this setup for gaming, so I'm curious about how well it will perform. Specifically, will it give me good FPS in games?

I’d suggest looking into a cheaper CPU like the Ryzen 7600X or 9600X since they perform similarly in gaming. For better graphics, consider a 9060XT 16GB or a 5060Ti 16GB GPU. Also, if you can swing it, 32GB of RAM will definitely enhance your gaming experience.
I get that, but I'm trying to stay under $1200 for everything. If I switch to the 5060Ti, what will I miss out on with the CPU?
