One thing to keep in mind is the storage drive. The Crucial P3 Plus you picked uses QLC flash, which isn't the most durable option and tends to slow down over time. You might be better off with a TLC-based SSD like the Kioxia Exceria Plus or something similar. They'll give you better performance and longevity.
It really depends on what you're using it for. If this is primarily for gaming, the Intel i9-14900K might be overkill and could lead to heat issues. They are known to run hot, and a single air cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 might not cut it. Consider a more robust cooling solution if you stick with that CPU. Also, check the Intel issues regarding degradation in the 14th gen series.
