Hey everyone! I'm diving back into building PCs after about 15 years, and I'm using PCPartPicker for the first time. I'm not extremely tech-savvy, so I'd love some feedback on my build. Also, I noticed it gave me a warning about some parts possibly not fitting together—should I be worried about that? Here's my build link for reference: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rZKvYd. Thanks in advance for your help!

Your build looks solid overall, but there's a bit of an imbalance. You've paired a slower AM5 CPU with one of the fastest GPUs available, the RTX 5080. I suggest swapping the CPU for a Ryzen 7 7800X3D to make it more balanced. Also, consider upgrading to an 850W power supply since it's recommended for that GPU. I made a revised build you might find helpful: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZVPZHW.
This updated build looks great!
Just a heads up about your PSU—750W might not be enough for the RTX 5080. I'd go for at least an 850W to be safe. Also, consider whether you really want to pay full price for Windows 11; there are often other ways to get it for less.
How do you get Windows without paying full price?
Regarding the part compatibility warnings, it's common to see those, especially with CPU coolers and RAM. Some RAM designs can cause issues with cooler fitting. If you're gaming with the 5080, think about adding some extra case fans or another storage drive to keep everything smooth. You should have your OS on a separate drive to prevent slowdowns when installing games.
Actually, modern PCIe 4.0 SSDs are fast enough that having a separate OS drive isn't necessary these days.
Thanks! I'm not super familiar with CPUs, so this advice really helps!
