I'm building a new PC and I've come across a GPU that I'm wondering about. Is it a scam or does it seem legitimate? Here's the link to the build I'm considering: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Gmw8kf.

No worries, it's not a scam. That price is just what you'd expect for them, but it's out of stock right now. Even if it were available, I'd argue that you'd be better off getting a 9060 XT 8GB for about $100 less.
Honestly, there's no such thing as a bad GPU, just bad pricing. Spending $400 on a 4060 Ti 8GB is pretty ridiculous. You might want to check out the RTX 5060 Ti instead, since it usually goes for less. If you can find a used 4060 Ti for about $200, that’s a much better deal.
I’d say it's definitely real, but keep an eye on the specs. An 8GB VRAM on a 128-bit bus in 2022? That's a bit suspect. For the best value, you might want to consider the 9060 XT 16GB instead.
I’d appreciate any recommendations on where to find a solid 9060 XT, as I've noticed they often lack reviews. I like to read through them before buying.
