Is my GPU dead, or is there a fix?

Hey everyone! I just returned from a trip and found out that my PC isn't producing any signal. After some troubleshooting, I've pinpointed the issue to my Hellbound 7800xt 16GB GPU, which has been running fine for about 2 and a half years. The fans are spinning and the lights are on, so it seems to be receiving power. I'm wondering whether it's worth it to open it up and take a look inside, or if I should go ahead and try to claim warranty instead.

Do you have an integrated GPU (iGPU) you can use? Try connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard instead. Sometimes, the drivers can default to the wrong GPU. Also, check if you have multiple ports on your GPU and make sure you're using the same one you were before you left. A power cycle might help too. But honestly, it's unlikely your PC just up and died while you were away unless there were some serious electrical issues.

Claiming warranty is probably your best bet! Opening it up could void whatever coverage you have left, and unless you're experienced, you'll just be stuck trying to guess if something looks off inside.
