I'm having trouble with my GPU installation. No matter if the GPU is inside the case or sticking out, I really have to force it to get it into the PCIe slot, and sometimes it doesn't click into place. I've never had such a large GPU before – with my previous smaller one, I could easily install it in just a couple of seconds. Can anyone shed some light on whether the GPU plate should be inside the case? Here's a picture for reference: [imgur.com/a/daC9kkm](http://imgur.com/a/daC9kkm)

The tabs on your GPU's back plate should fit into the holes at the back of the case, not stick out. If it's not lining up, double-check that your motherboard is mounted correctly. Everything should align perfectly when installed right!
Yeah, it’s important that you don’t force the GPU in place. Computer components should fit snugly but should never require excessive force. Also, make sure the dust cover is removed from the GPU’s PCIe connector – that's a common oversight that can cause installation issues.
I struggled with a similar issue when I installed my GPU in a Corsair 4000D case. What worked for me was to remove the backplate first, carefully align the GPU tabs into the holes, and then reattach the backplate once it was secure. It makes a huge difference!
