I currently have an i7 13700F processor and 32 GB of DDR4 3600 MHz RAM. I'm considering adding an RTX 5070 Ti to my setup. Will my other components hold up well with this graphics card? I also have a 165Hz 1440p monitor.

Honestly, I think you're on the right track. Your current setup is strong enough for the RTX 5070 Ti. Just ensure your cooling is adequate, as these cards can run hot. As for gameplay, you should definitely take advantage of your high refresh rate monitor at 1440p!

I see you're going for the RTX 5070 Ti! Your i7 13700F should pair nicely with it, especially with your 32 GB of RAM. In most gaming scenarios, you should be good to go without any bottlenecks. Just make sure your power supply can handle the new GPU! The 165Hz monitor should give you a smooth gaming experience too.
