Is My iPhone Acting Up Because of a Virus?

I recently visited a porn website, and soon after, my iPhone started acting weird. When I try to turn it on, it lags for about 4 seconds then shuts off completely. I can't even enter my password in that time! The Apple logo seems to change colors slightly, turning orangeish or grey as it powers up. I'm really worried—is it possible that I have a virus? Just to clarify, I didn't download anything, I only browsed the site.

It sounds like your phone is having hardware issues, and it probably isn't related to that website visit. If possible, try capturing a video of the issue happening to help diagnose it better. Showing the power-up sequence might help others assist you more effectively.

Chances are, you don't have a virus. Just try restarting your phone again if you can manage it.

It's highly unlikely you picked up a virus from a website. The issues you're experiencing are probably related to hardware or software. I recommend trying a hard restart: simply tap the volume up button, then the volume down button, and hold the lock button until the screen goes off. Let go when the Apple logo appears.
