I've been having some strange issues with my work account, which is managed by the IT team. When I tried to save a webpage, the screen went black, and when it returned, the wrong webpage was saved as a favorite. Another time during a group call, I was using Paint to help me focus, but it kept opening and closing different blank files while I was speaking. I reached out to IT for help, but they didn't provide any clear answers. The login history for my account only shows my own logins. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you're having repeated issues on a work computer, definitely keep pushing this with your IT team. They're there to fix things like this, and sometimes they just need a nudge to really investigate the problem.
Honestly, no one in IT is going to spend their time remotely accessing your computer to switch browser tabs or randomly open Paint. Those kinds of issues are usually just bugs. It's good that you're keeping track of your logins, though.
It sounds like your IT team isn't actually messing with your computer. It's more likely that you're dealing with some technical glitches. I recommend submitting a helpdesk ticket and detailing these issues so the IT folks can take a look.
I already did that. They just told me to change my password, which I did. I doubt anyone else can access my account since IT manages security.

Right? It's hard to believe someone would waste time doing that.
