Hey everyone! I'm looking to get back into PC gaming and want to upgrade my old setup from 2017 to save some money. Here's what I've got:
- Motherboard: MSI B250M Bazooka
- CPU: Intel i5 (7th generation)
- RAM: 32 GB (I think)
- GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
- Storage: NVMe, SSDs, and HDDs
- PSU: 650W
I'm considering replacing the GPU and CPU, but I'm curious if my motherboard is still a decent option. What do you think? Thanks for your help!

As for the motherboard, I'd recommend letting it go. The CPUs it supports are outdated and won't hold up well for gaming nowadays. Better to invest in newer tech that will last longer and handle current games well.
Definitely ditch the GPU! But I'd need to know which specific CPU you've got to give better advice. It's key to know if you're looking at an i5-7500 or something else.
It's the i5-7500.

What would you suggest that's affordable?
