Hey everyone! I'm excited to share my latest PC build and would love your feedback before I pull the trigger. I haven't upgraded in a while, so I'm skipping the upgrade route on my old AM4 system and going for something fresh. I'm aiming for a high-end gaming PC that's great for multitasking and has solid cooling. Here's the setup I've got:
- **CPU:** Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2GHz 8-Core
- **GPU:** PNY Epic-X 5080 16GB
- **RAM:** Trident Z5 RGB Series 64GB DDR5-6000
- **Cooler:** Liquid Freezer III A-RGB 240mm
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX
- **Case:** Phanteks 523 Series XT Pro Ultra
- **Power Supply:** Corsair RM850x 850W
- **Extra Fans:** NZXT F120 RGB x3
The total is around $2375 before tax, but I might save about $200 if I manage to snag a Founders Edition GPU through Nvidia's VPA program. I already have NVMe drives and a Windows 11 license from work. I'm planning on heavy gaming, streaming, 4K Ultra, modded games, sim racing, and potentially VR in the future. Now I'm wondering if I should tweak anything or just head to Microcenter this weekend. Also, do you think it's worth it to drop from the 5080 to the 5070 Ti to save $450? Let me know what you think!

I would definitely recommend checking out Microcenter's bundle deals! They often have some great savings, especially with your build in mind. You might want to look into the Ryzen 7 7800X3D bundle for some good savings on compatible components. Just make sure to check the reviews on the motherboard, it's important!
Thanks for the tip! I saw that bundle but was concerned about the reviews. Do you think it's worth saving $150 for potentially lower quality?
