I'm completely new to building PCs and I'm eager to give it a try! I've been researching various components to achieve a good balance between quality and price, aiming for a total cost in the low to mid $2000 range. I'm open to spending a bit more if it delivers significant improvements or if any parts turn out to be overpriced or subpar. The only requirement I have is for the case, as it needs to match my existing office furniture. I mainly play World of Warcraft, but I also enjoy games like DayZ, Arma, and GTA. Here's the build I've come up with: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GCC6Zc

If gaming is your main focus, this build might not be the best for your dollar. You could get a similar performance for $1300 to $1400, which would free up some cash for upgrades or other accessories!

You might want to consider some tweaks. I suggest investing in an OLED monitor instead of some of your current components. Also, both the Lian Li LANCOOL 217 case and Noctua CPU cooler should work well without needing extra fans. The 217 is actually a great case and more affordable, plus it maintains a nice design. Here’s an improved part list I put together: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wP9rBq).
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve heard mixed reviews about Gigabyte motherboards, though. And why did you pick an air cooler instead of a water cooler?
So what should I replace to bring down the cost?
