I'm considering a new computer build to take full advantage of a 1440p 240Hz OLED monitor I found a great deal on. My planned setup includes an AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3d, RX 9070 XT graphics card, a 1 TB SSD, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, and a B650M D3HP motherboard powered by a Corsair RM750e 750W PSU. I mainly want to play graphic-intensive games like The Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 3 at max settings, along with some simpler games like Rocket League and a few indie titles. Will this build hold up well for 1440p gaming?

Just a quick tip: ensure your RAM setup is two sticks of 8GB each instead of just one 16GB stick for better performance!

Honestly, you should have more than enough power! This build easily fits the bill for your gaming needs.

That’s good to hear! I just want to make sure I can enjoy those games without any issues.

You’ll be totally fine with that build! Both The Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 3 should run smoothly since they are older titles. So, no worries there!

Yup, looks good to me! You're more than equipped for 1440p with that setup.

You've got a solid rig! Just keep an eye on RAM prices—once they drop, bumping up to 32GB would be a smart move, especially for future-proofing.
