I'm putting together my first PC and want to know if my build is solid. Here are the specs: Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Arctic Liquid Freezer III, MSI B650 Plus Wifi ATX AM5 motherboard, TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, Western Digital SN850X 4TB M.2 NVME SSD, Asus PRIME OC GeForce RTX 5070, HYTE Y70 ATX case, MSI MAG A850GL 850W Gold ATX PSU, and Phanteks M25G2-120 D-RGB reverse airflow fans. Also, will all the necessary wires come with these components, or do I need to buy any separately? I've read that they should come with the components, but I want to make sure!

You might want to look at faster RAM if you can. The 6000 CL30 is decent, but if budget allows it, lower latency could be better. Also, consider swapping the 5070 for a 5070 Ti or a 9070 XT if your budget stretches that far. If you're trying to save costs, maybe reduce storage and get it later—those drives usually go on sale a lot.
Instead of spending too much on the cooler and case, you might get better performance by putting that budget into a 5070 Ti. Your case looks nice, and the cooler is good value too, but for future-proofing, consider getting a better motherboard that supports PCIe 5.0. You seem to be on the right track, just be smart about where to cut back a bit.
Got it, I'm upgrading from a prebuilt 2070 and the 7800X3D should definitely be a nice improvement for me!
Cables will be included, and everything looks compatible! If you're not into competitive gaming, you might consider a 7700X or 7600X instead. It could save you some cash for upgrades. Just weigh the performance vs. price, especially since the 5070 Ti is only about £300 more.
That extra for the 5070 Ti is a lot for me right now, especially since I'm coming from a 2070. I think the jump will be enough for me!
Overall, your build looks good! The RAM choice is okay, but fancy RGB RAM would match your case and cooler. All your cables will be included, but remember your case doesn't come with any fans, so be sure to grab a few for airflow. If you plan to stick with a white aesthetic, you might want to switch to a white PSU for better aesthetics.
Thanks for the advice! I'm switching to a white PSU and some cool-looking white fans.
One thing I’d suggest is to look at your motherboard again. The one you picked is PCIe 4.0, while your GPU uses 5.0. Upgrading to a better motherboard could really help for the future!
Thanks for the heads-up! I didn’t do much research on motherboards.
Thanks for the tip! I actually switched to the CL30 RAM.
