I'm a complete beginner trying to build a PC centered around the GeForce RTX 5090, primarily for AI applications. I'm looking to keep costs down, so I'm curious about where I can potentially save money. Here's the part list I'm considering: The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, I've got a Thermalright cooler, a Gigabyte motherboard, 32 GB of DDR5 memory, a 1 TB Samsung NVMe SSD, the RTX 5090 GPU, a Montech case, and a 1000 W power supply. Total estimated cost is around £2673.84. Any thoughts on this setup?

I'd recommend going for 2 x 16 GB RAM sticks instead of just 1 single 32 GB stick. It would provide better performance and utilize dual-channel mode, which is more efficient.
Why do you need the RTX 5090? What's your main use case?
You might not need a 1000 W power supply; 850 W should be sufficient for your build unless you're planning to run the 5090 at full load for extended periods, then you might want to consider that.
But wouldn't 1000 W provide more headroom, especially under heavy loads?
I'm planning to do some gaming, but mostly running AI models on the GPU.
