I recently came home from work to find my PC still running, but it had some weird stuff going on. My Microsoft Edge browser had opened tabs about events near me and some Bing links that included 'Czech Republic'—I never use Edge, I stick to Chrome. When I tried to clear my cache, I noticed that Windows PowerShell (admin) was open, which I've never seen before since I primarily use the command prompt. To top it off, my system has been really slow lately. I'm honestly worried about whether my PC is messed up or compromised because this is all so unusual for me.

It sounds like your machine might be compromised. Those tabs in Edge could be a way for someone to track your location. I’d recommend wiping your PC and reinstalling Windows as soon as you can. If this is on a work network, definitely let your IT team know—it could be serious!
Thanks for the heads up! I’ll start the wipe. Just to clarify, it's my personal gaming PC, not a work one.
