I'm finishing up my first high-end gaming build and want to ensure my cooling and airflow plan is solid before I order the last fans. My PC will handle long 1440p gaming sessions in a room that can get quite warm. Here's my parts list so far: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D for the CPU, RTX 5080 for the GPU, Lian Li Lancool 216 case with a mesh front, and a Noctua NH D15 CPU cooler. For fans, I plan to have three 140mm intakes at the front, two 140mm exhausts at the top, and one 120mm exhaust at the rear. Will this setup keep my temperatures down and operate quietly, or do I need to add more fans or switch to an AIO cooler for better performance?

You've got a decent number of fans, and the Noctua cooler is more than enough for the 9800X3D. The airflow should be fine! Just make sure to monitor your temperatures once everything is built.
