Is My PC Ready for an Upgrade?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my PC because my graphics card is struggling during gaming, leading to significant FPS drops (around 25-30). The games I mainly play are Flight Simulator 2025 and ASA, and I've even been dealing with crashes lately. Here are my current specs: I'm using a B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard, a Ryzen 5 3600X processor, and an RTX 2070 graphics card, along with 32GB of DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz, which I just installed. I have everything hooked up to two TVs. I'm considering upgrading to a 9070XT, but I'm unsure if my CPU will keep up with it. I'd prefer not to overhaul my entire system and want to make sure it lasts for another 3-4 years since I built it in 2020. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Upgrading to the 9070XT is ambitious! However, you'll likely need a better CPU to avoid bottlenecking. Have you thought about going for the RX 9060 XT instead? It would pair nicely with your 3600X and has 16GB of VRAM, which is solid for gaming.

Do you think that would hold up for 3 or 4 years?
