I'm building my PC with a case that has three pre-installed fans: two on the side for intake and one at the back for exhaust. With the AIO cooler I'm using, that would make it two intake fans and four exhaust fans in total. Is this setup too heavy on exhaust and not enough on intake?

Why not switch the rear exhaust to the front as an intake? That way you'd have three intake and three exhaust fans.
You're good with what you've got! Just make sure your intake fans are running slightly faster than your exhaust fans to keep positive pressure in your case, which helps reduce dust buildup.
I can always add more fans later on, but I just wanted to check if it's fine for now.
It’s okay, but keep in mind that a greater number of exhaust fans can lead to a dustier case, especially if all fans are the same. If you're really concerned, consider removing the rear exhaust fan or moving it to the front of the case instead.
I'm not too worried about dust since I clean my current PC quite frequently.
I usually prefer more intake fans than exhaust. It helps create positive pressure and keeps dust levels lower. Ideally, I’d go for four intake and just two exhaust in your setup.
It's a 360 AIO, so I've already got three exhausts either way. Plus, since it's a fish tank case, I can't add extra exhausts up front for intake.
Yeah, but it's a fish tank case.
