A temperature range of 77-82°C isn't considered too high for an AM4 CPU, especially under load. AMD's official specs say the max temp is around 90-95°C for continuous operation. If you're concerned about performance drops, you could make the fan curve more aggressive or reapply thermal paste. If you really want to lower temperatures, consider upgrading to a better cooler.
