I have a setup with three intakes at the front, one intake on the bottom, one intake at the top, and one exhaust at the back. Do you think this is a good airflow configuration, or should I consider making some changes?

Just a heads-up though, if your bottom front fan pulls air into the PSU area, it might not be ideal since it could draw in dust. Maybe think about balancing the airflow better!
I’d recommend changing that top fan to an exhaust. It can help create better airflow by pushing out the hot air from the top of the case, which often rises. It's usually more effective that way!
