I've noticed that while using the League of Legends client, my PC seems to be consuming about 10GB of RAM, and when I'm playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies solo, it's around 17GB. This feels excessive to me. In Task Manager, everything looks fine, I only have Discord and Steam running, which are using about 500-700MB each. My PC is brand new, built just yesterday with G.Skill 2x16GB of DDR5 RAM at 600MHz, ASUS B850 TUF Gaming WiFi7 motherboard, and a 9800X3D with the integrated GPU disabled in BIOS. Is this RAM usage normal or something to worry about?

In gaming, different titles will have varying memory demands. If you're not hitting 100% usage, it shouldn't be an issue at all. Just enjoy your games without worrying about the numbers!
As long as you're not hitting 100% RAM usage, you don't need to worry about how much is being used. Modern games can be pretty memory-intensive, so as long as your PC is running fine and you have free RAM, let it do its thing. Your system will use more RAM actively to keep things running smooth, which is normal.
Windows tends to use available RAM as cache to speed up processes. If you aren't maxing out your RAM, you really shouldn't have any concerns. Let your system use what it needs to perform well!
That seems perfectly normal! Most modern games pull a lot of RAM, and you're well below the 32GB threshold. Unless you're experiencing lag or crashes, it’s totally fine for games to utilize that much.

Totally agree! My concern was that 10GB just for League seemed excessive, but I guess it just varies from game to game.
