I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 5700X3D paired with an RX 7600 8GB graphics card and a MSI Mag 650W power supply. I'm looking to upgrade to an RX 9070XT 16GB for better performance, especially for gaming at 1080p. Do I need to change my power supply or CPU to accommodate this new graphics card, or will my current setup be sufficient?

The RX 7600 is fine for 1080p gaming, but if you're set on the RX 9070XT, just know that it’s really aimed at 1440p gaming. While you can use it with your current CPU, I’d recommend getting at least an 850W PSU to be on the safe side. Better safe than sorry!
I'd stick with your 5700X3D for a while longer; it should handle the RX 9070XT just fine. Your 650W PSU is decent since the RX 9070XT usually peaks around 300W. Just a heads up, you might want to look into undervolting for extra GPU performance—it can be a fun challenge!

I don't think an 850W is necessary. The 5700X3D with a 9070XT will draw less than 500W peak. Your 650W PSU has plenty of headroom.
