I've encountered a problem while playing Clair Obscure; my PC suddenly shuts down. My GPU temperature peaked at 92°C and the Hot Spot temperature reached 115°C. I'm trying to figure out if the issue is with my GPU or if it could be my power supply instead. I checked the Event Viewer but didn't find any useful information. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB RAM, ASRock RX 5700 XT Challenger, Corsair CV650W PSU, 2TB HDD, and 512GB NVMe.

Those temps are dangerously high! The RX 5700 XT's maximum hot spot temp is around 110°C, so it should be throttling at that point. I recommend checking to see if your fans are functioning well and looking for any dust buildup inside the card. If it’s been a while since you cleaned it out, that could definitely be the issue.
It sounds like your thermal paste might be drying up, especially since the GPU is several years old. Until you can replace it, you could try adjusting the fan curve using AMD software to keep temperatures lower or even playing at 720p to help bring those temps down.
