I recently upgraded my entire PC setup and I've noticed that my CPU temperatures seem pretty high. I'm using a Ryzen 9600X CPU paired with a GPU that's a 3 Vent 9060 XT with 16GB of RAM. My cooling solution is the Arctic Freezer 36, and I have three case fans: two exhausts and one intake, in addition to the GPU's intakes from the bottom and the PSU intakes from the front. While idling, my CPU temperature sits at around 55°C, sometimes hitting 60°C. Under load, it often peaks at nearly 80°C. For reference, my GPU averages about 62°C under heavy load, such as when I'm playing God of War on ultra settings. I'm wondering if these temps are normal or if I should be concerned?

It might feel off compared to benchmarks you've seen, but remember that thermal performance can vary based on your specific setup and ambient temperatures. Make sure your case has good airflow and the fans are set up correctly; that can make a noticeable difference.
Your temperatures actually seem pretty reasonable for a Ryzen 9600X. Generally, these CPUs can handle temperatures up to around 95°C before they start throttling, so you're well within the safe range. It’s normal for temperatures to be a bit higher on load, especially during intense gaming. Keep an eye on it, but I wouldn't stress too much!
I agree! I've heard that Ryzen CPUs do tend to run hotter compared to Intel. As long as you're not hitting 90 or above consistently, you should be fine.
Yeah, I guess I just got used to seeing lower temps in videos. Thanks for the tip!
