Is My Wife’s $3K PC Build on the Right Track?

I'm looking for some feedback on my wife's PC build that she designed with a matcha green frog/rainforest theme. You can check out the details here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zgTcLc. The CPU has been updated to the Ryzen 9 7950X3D after initially suggesting the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. We're also considering a shift to custom hardline water cooling with components like an Alphacool radiator and Thermaltake fittings. I want to know if the overall component choices are good, and if there are better options for performance, especially in terms of the GPU since she only plays some games occasionally. Advice on whether to stick to the AIO cooler or go full custom would also be appreciated!

What exactly does 'budget' mean in your context? I feel like the motherboard might be a waste since a $200 B850 board would perform similarly. And about the custom hardline tubing, have either of you done this before? If you’re going for aesthetics, that’s one thing, but know that it can be tricky!

Yeah, I realize now that the title could've been clearer. The budget is $3k, aiming for durable components for long-term use. And to answer your question, I’ve done hardline setups before without issues with bends, but I’m always looking to improve my technique!

The build looks solid overall, but the GPU is the weak point here. For a $2,500+ rig, you might want to aim for at least a 5080. If she's not into AAA games, it might be okay, but if you're spending this much, why not go for a better GPU? Also, the 1k PSU seems like overkill; an 850W would work just fine. You could save some cash there and possibly upgrade the GPU without breaking the bank.
