I'm having trouble upgrading to Windows 11. Since Windows 10 support ends on October 10th, I'm worried! I mainly use Windows Antivirus, and I'm uncertain if my PC is even capable of the upgrade. I've checked Windows Update, but it just prompts me for a Windows 10 update instead. I thought I met the hardware requirements, but the compatibility check keeps looping back to the same info. I'm not tech-savvy, so I'm just looking for advice: Do I need to upgrade, and how can I do it if I do? I've heard Windows 11 hasn't had the best updates since its release, so I'm also curious about that.

Migrating to Windows 11 is important since Windows 10 won’t have support much longer. If your hardware isn’t ready, absolutely try using Rufus to create a bootable USB with the latest ISO. Just follow the instructions carefully!
I would recommend downloading the official Windows 11 installer from Microsoft. It might help you get the upgrade directly without the hassle of compatibility checks.
You can bypass the hardware restrictions for upgrading to Windows 11 using Rufus to make a USB installer. Just choose the option to disable hardware checks when creating it. To upgrade, you can run the setup from the USB while in Windows. Just remember, there's no guarantee on updates with unsupported hardware, but I doubt Microsoft will just drop security updates for a lot of machines. It should work fine!
