I'm considering getting the Patriot Viper Venom RAM because it has 6000 speed and CL30 latency, but I noticed it's priced lower than many other brands. Is there a catch behind the lower price, or is it actually a solid option? Also, are there any other RAM recommendations you all might have?

The difference in price isn't massive; it's more of a marketing tactic. If it were more expensive than well-known brands like G.Skill or Corsair, people wouldn't buy it. It's still a decent option if you're looking to save some bucks!
I don’t have any concrete data, but I'd personally recommend sticking with established brands like Kingston, Corsair, or Crucial for reliability.
Patriot is a less-known brand, but the chips they use are often the same as those found in pricier models. It really comes down to whether you're comfortable with going for a less mainstream brand.
Thanks for clarifying that! I'll keep it in mind.
In my area, I can save around €40 on average, so I wonder if it's worth it. Just seems like it's all about marketing, right? Thanks for the insight!
