I'm currently using an i5-13600K with a GTX 2060 (non-super) and gaming on a 1440p, 120Hz monitor. I primarily play indie titles and RTS games like Cities 2 and Age of Empires 2/3 without any issues at mid-high settings. Since my GPU is getting old and newer games need DLSS and frame generation, I'm considering upgrading to a 5060 Ti. Do you think this would be a good choice, or could my CPU be a limitation?

The 5060 Ti might feel a bit underwhelming for your i5-13600K, but considering your gaming preferences, it could still work out. If you want to future-proof yourself, though, I'd recommend going for a 5070 instead.
Actually, the 5060 Ti is decent for 1440p if you play around with settings. It has options for lower DLSS settings that help. There are two versions of it, one with 8GB VRAM and the other with 16GB. If you're mainly playing the games you mentioned, even the 16GB version would be a solid upgrade from your current 2060.
For 1440p gaming, I really think you'd be better off with at least a 5070. The 5060 Ti might struggle to provide consistent FPS because it has less VRAM, which is crucial for smooth performance. But keep in mind, your CPU can handle a much more powerful GPU without much bottlenecking.
I think the 5060 Ti can still manage 1440p gaming, especially if you run games with DLSS on lower settings. It won't deliver max settings at over 100 FPS, but you can expect around 60+ FPS in most newer titles. A 5070 would definitely offer better performance.
