Hey everyone! I currently have a 5070 Ti and I'm considering upgrading my CPU. I have the option to buy a 7800X3D for $360 or a 9800X3D for $560. Given these prices, is the 7800X3D the smarter choice? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Absolutely, the 7800X3D is a solid pick at that price! The performance gap between it and the 9800X3D isn't substantial enough to justify the extra $200, especially for a system with a 5070 Ti.
