Hey folks! I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card since I currently have a Ryzen 5 5600X paired with a 1650 Super. I want to play games at 1080p, such as Space Marine 2 and Dook Dark Ages. I came across the 9060 XT with 8GB for 317 euros. I know the 16GB version is better but it's a bit too pricey for my budget. Do you think I should go for the 8GB version? Thanks in advance!

The 16GB version is only about 50 euros more and worth the investment. I've seen it for around 369 euros. Definitely check that out!
If you're only gaming at 1080p, an 8GB card could work, but you might have to lower textures. But why settle for less when you can save up for something better? Also, sell your old 1650 Super for some extra cash!
At this point, it’s better to hold off. Check your local used market for a better deal, or save a bit more for a card with more VRAM. For now, I'd say look at options like the Intel B580 or RX 7700 XT.
I wouldn't recommend it. Games are evolving and will likely demand more VRAM, so 8GB might not cut it anymore in a couple of years.
Honestly, I'd skip the 8GB version. Cards with less than 12GB of VRAM just aren't the best option moving forward.
