I'm planning to surprise my husband with a new AMD 9000 series graphics card for his birthday, but I want to make sure it will work with his current setup. He's aiming for a full AMD build eventually, but we can't afford to do that all at once. I thought starting with the graphics card would be a good idea! His current PC specs are:

- Corsair 4000d case
- Corsair H60x RGB Elite CPU cooler
- Intel Core i5-13600KF
- 32GB DDR5 5600 MHz Memory
- 1TB NVMe SSD
- MSI PRO B760-VC WIFI DDR5 motherboard
- 750 watt PSU

I'm unsure which card from the AMD 9000 series would work without causing any bottlenecks, and if none of them do, what other parts would need upgrades.

Yes, the AMD 9000 series should work fine with his current setup! Just keep in mind that if he's going for the 9070XT, he might be pushing the limits of his 750W power supply a bit. It should handle it fine most of the time, but you may want to watch out for power spikes. If you find it’s not enough, you might consider slightly undervolting the GPU, which is an easy fix.

If you decide to upgrade the PSU, I'd recommend looking for a 850W model just to give you some headroom. As for performance increase from the RTX 3070 to the 9070XT, I'd say it's about a 7 or 8 out of 10—definitely noticeable for gaming and graphics!
