I'm putting together a new rig featuring the Ryzen 9 9950X and I'm in search of an effective cooling solution. I'm eyeing the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm AIO cooler since I do quite a bit of heavy 3D rendering and animation, along with some gaming. Will this cooler be sufficient to keep the 9950X cool under full load?

Definitely a solid choice! Just make sure your case can fit the 140mm fans. Depending on your case size, you might also want to consider if a 280mm or even a 420mm cooler would fit, since they can offer even better cooling.
Yeah, I think the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm is one of the best 360mm AIOs out there. It should handle the Ryzen 9 9950X really well, especially for the workloads you described!
I've checked, and a 420mm fits in front of my case, so that might be a good option!
