Is the ASUS 4070 Super 12GB Worth It for 4K Gaming?

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about making the switch from my large setup to a more compact SFF PC that can fit under my S90C. I've found a deal on an ASUS 4070 Super OC 12GB for $650, but I'm currently using a 3070 that struggles a bit. I want to ensure I can play last-gen games at 4K120 without too much lag. Are there better options out there in the same price range? Thanks for any insights!

Actually, there’s no 16GB version of the 4070 Super. If you're looking at that model, just know it's only got 12GB VRAM. You might consider the 5070, which is slightly better and available around $550. That's quite a deal!

Let me know what the seller says about the SKU! That might help clear things up.

Yeah, the Ti Super is the one with 16GB, but the regular Super is solid too. I'd definitely look into the 5070 if you want better performance.

You're right that the 4070 Super is only 12GB. If you meant a 4070 Ti Super, that's a good card for the price you mentioned. Otherwise, you might check out the 9070XT, which is around $700-$750 new. If you're set on staying close to $650, the regular 9070 non-XT is a fantastic option too!
