Is the Deepcool AG620 enough for the Ryzen 7 7800x3d?

I'm thinking about building a PC with the Ryzen 7 7800x3d and I'm trying to decide between coolers. Would the Deepcool AG620 at $50 be sufficient, or should I invest in the Arctic Freezer 3 420 for $100? I'm considering my options and would appreciate any advice!

Honestly, the $50 Deepcool cooler should be fine for your needs. You might see a slight increase in performance with a more expensive cooler, but it's probably not worth it for a $370 CPU like the 7800x3d unless you're planning to overclock. Even then, the AG620 should handle it pretty well without breaking the bank.

What if I want to overclock my CPU? Is it still not worth it for the extra performance?
