Is the grpc_csharp_ext.x64.dll file safe to keep?

I found a file named grpc_csharp_ext.x64.dll in my downloads folder, and it appears to have been downloaded back in January. I ran it through VirusTotal, and nothing was flagged. The file details mention Google, but I'm not very knowledgeable about this stuff, so I'm a bit worried. I also discovered a post that says it's related to the Google Play app and seems to have come with the game Cookie Run Kingdom that I downloaded. Can anyone help me figure out if it's safe?

You’ve done the right thing by checking it with VirusTotal. If nothing showed up as harmful, it's likely safe, but if you want, you could share the link to your VirusTotal report for more insight. Some in the community could analyze it further for you!

I found some info on it from a DLL directory. Seems like grpc_csharp_ext.x64.dll is tied to Google Play services, which suggests it’s pretty legit. If it came with your recent download from Cookie Run Kingdom, it’s likely harmless, but it’s always good to keep an eye out for unusual behavior on your device just in case!

So this confirms it’s a legit file, right?
