I'm considering building a PC with an RTX 5060 mainly for lighter games (not much in AAA titles), at 1440p, along with some productivity tasks like coding and using Blender. I'm trying to decide between two setups: one featuring an Intel Core i5-14600KF with a compatible motherboard and 32GB of DDR4-3200 for €526.8, and the other with an Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF (which is actually cheaper in my area at €50 less) with its own motherboard and 32GB of DDR5-5600. Given that I don't plan on playing heavy AAA games, I'm wondering if going with the newer DDR5 and Ultra series is worth the extra cost, especially since I'm aiming for a long-term build.

I'd suggest going for the newer setup. The RAM can be reused for future upgrades, and while the 14600 may perform a bit better for gaming, the long-term benefits of the Ultra setup outweigh it, given your usage.
