I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB, silver) from apple.com back on March 18, but my order is still just sitting at 'processing.' Every time I reach out through live chat, I'm met with an AI that doesn't provide any real answers, just scripted responses. My delivery estimates have shifted from March 23-25 to April 1-3, then April 10, and now it's pushed to April 20-22. Can anyone tell me if the iPhone Pro Max is still in production? It seems like I'm going to be waiting almost five weeks for this 'maybe' delivery date.

They’re still in production until the new iPhone comes out later this fall. If you're having trouble with live chat, maybe try calling Apple directly for better assistance.

I tried that, but all I got was a robot too. I can't make it to an Apple store since it's 250 miles away, so I might just cancel and check Walmart instead.
