Is the ntuser.dat.log1 file in my X: drive something to worry about?

Hey everyone! I recently thought I had malware on my PC, but after scanning my entire system with Bitdefender Total Security, it turned out to be a false alarm. However, while reviewing the scan results, I found this file: x:windowsserviceprofilesnetworkservicentuser.dat.log1. I'm using Windows 11 on a PC that I built myself, not a pre-built or laptop. I did some searching online but didn't find much information about this file. Is this something that's normal to see, or should I be concerned about it? Thanks for any insights!

It's actually a normal file. The X drive is your recovery drive, and the ntuser.dat.log1 file just keeps track of changes during Windows recovery processes. No need to panic!

Alright, I've heard this from a couple of people now, so that eases my mind. Thanks a lot!
