Hey everyone! I'm about to upgrade my GPU to the RX 9070 XT and I'm in Europe checking out these models:
* **PowerColor Reaper:** €600
* **ASRock Steel Legend:** €649
* **ASRock Challenger:** €650
* **Gigabyte Gaming OC:** €660
* **Sapphire Pulse:** €680
There's a €80 gap between the cheapest and the most expensive options. My question is: should I go for the cheap PowerColor Reaper or is it worth spending a bit more? I'm especially concerned about noise levels and build quality.
* Does the **PowerColor Reaper** have issues with coil whine or loud fans?
* Is it worth the extra €80 for the **Sapphire Pulse**?
* Should I consider the **ASRock Steel Legend** or the **Gigabyte Gaming OC** for better cooling?
I plan to use the card for 1440p gaming and streaming. I'd appreciate insights from anyone who has experience with these cards. Thanks!

If it were me, I'd just grab the cheapest option—that's usually the safest bet. Check some reviews to confirm what you're getting, but saving money is always a win!
I’ve been using the Sapphire Pulse and really like it! It's reliable and performs well. But if you're looking to save, yeah, the Reaper might work out well too!
PowerColor, XFX, and Sapphire have a solid track record for manufacturing AMD cards. They’ve been in the game a long time, so you're likely safe with any of those brands over others.
Definitely look for the Hellhound if you can find it! That one's quieter under load than the Reaper, plus you can tweak the fan curves to help with noise. My previous card was super loud, so it’s nice to have a quieter option like the Hellhound.
The PowerColor Reaper is known to be the loudest of these models, with sound levels reaching around 33db under load. If noise is a concern, you might also want to check out the PowerColor Hellhound, which is quieter at 20db. For cooling performance, the Gigabyte Gaming OC and Sapphire Pulse are decent options too!

I’ve been using an ASUS Dual RX 6600 XT and haven’t had issues with noise, especially since I game with headphones. Just keep that in mind; you might not notice the fan noise.
