Is the RX 6600 XT a Good GPU Upgrade from RX 570 for My CPU?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU with a budget of around $150-200 and I've come across the RX 6600 XT, which is pretty popular. However, I currently have an RX 570 and I'm a bit concerned about how well the RX 6600 XT will work with my CPU, which is an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X. Will it run smoothly, or should I be looking at other options?

You might want to consider the RTX 2060 Super too. It has a benchmark score similar to the RX 6600 XT and often sells for a bit less. Plus, since it's a PCIe 3.0 card, it won't lose performance with your Ryzen 2600X like the RX 6600 XT might, since that's a PCIe 4.0 card running on a PCIe 3.0 slot. Just something to think about!

I didn't even consider that. That's a good recommendation. You've given me more to think about!

Yeah, it'll be perfectly fine with that setup. You won't run into any compatibility problems at all!

The RX 6600 XT will work just fine with your Ryzen 5 2600X CPU. You should have a solid gaming experience without any major issues.
