Hey everyone! I recently bought the RX 7600 XT with 16GB of VRAM, but I'm starting to wonder if I made a mistake. I got it without fully understanding how VRAM works, thinking that more is always better, especially since I've seen complaints about NVIDIA cards only having 8GB. However, I'm concerned I might have overpaid for a card that won't deliver the performance I expected, particularly since it cost a bit more here in Mexico. I haven't even opened it yet, so I'm wondering if I should reconsider my purchase?

Honestly, the performance between the 16GB and 8GB versions is almost the same for most games. Unless you're playing something that specifically needs over 8GB of VRAM, you could just lower the settings a bit and save some money. Plus, with the prices going up lately, spending around $400 for the 16GB doesn't feel like the best value. I’d recommend keeping an eye on the upcoming RX 9060 XT instead.
Got any suggestions for other GPU options?
