I'm upgrading my fiancé's gaming PC and trying out some build options. Currently, we have an RTX 2070 paired with a Ryzen 4500. I'm contemplating whether the Ryzen 4500 is sufficient to handle the 5070 at 1440p ultrawide or if I should opt for a 5060ti 8GB along with a secondhand Ryzen 5600x. If anyone has experience with running a high-end GPU with a lower-end CPU at higher resolutions, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
