Hey everyone! I'm gearing up to build my first gaming PC and I'm curious about the Ryzen 5 7600 paired with the RTX 5070. I tried using some bottleneck calculators but got mixed results—one said there would be no bottleneck while another claimed there could be a 30% bottleneck. I'm a newbie to this, so I'd really appreciate your insights! Here's my PCPartPicker build for reference: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FdsdwY

Just a heads up, the performance difference between CPUs in that range, like the 7500F and 9600X, is pretty minimal. The 7600 is great, but you might find the 9600X slightly better in terms of temperature and efficiency.

I think you have a good setup there! There's virtually no bottleneck, but if you plan to upgrade your GPU in the future, keep an eye on pairing it with a capable CPU, too. Your upgrade strategy matters!

If you're open to it, consider the Ryzen 5 9600X instead. It's available for a little more cash and gives better performance without overheating. Just keep an eye on those Corsair fan prices—they're pricier than they should be!

Honestly, those bottleneck calculators are pretty much useless—they don't really take all factors into account. The Ryzen 5 7600 and RTX 5070 combo is solid for gaming, so you're all good!

Yeah, I think the 7600 can handle even a stronger GPU like the 5080 without issues.

Be mindful of your budget on cases and fans, though. If you’re a fan of pretty lighting, some options will just take your wallet for a ride. Also, look for an NVMe drive with at least 2TB for storage at this price point.
