Hey everyone! I recently picked up a WD Blue SN570 250GB SSD for just $20 off Marketplace, and it's working perfectly so far with zero issues. Since this model is out of stock in my country, I can't find much local feedback on it.

I'm curious if this was a good buy. Is the WD Blue SN570 250GB worth the price? How well does it perform over time for daily tasks, gaming, and running heavy applications compared to other SSDs? Are there important performance or durability aspects I should know about? Thanks for your insights!

It's a good, no-frills SSD and on par with others in its price range. I suggest checking its health with CrystalDisk, since SSDs do have a lifespan based on data writes. It’s worth noting that it showed 100 health, so that’s promising!

Absolutely, that’s a solid OS drive. 250GB is manageable, and PCIe Gen3 is fast enough for loading most systems. For $20, that’s a steal considering new ones sell for over 70 euros around here!

If it's showing good health in CrystalDiskInfo, you're in the clear. I have a larger SN570, and it’s been reliable. Just be aware that if you’re into gaming, 250GB might fill up quickly unless you have extra storage for larger games.

Sounds good to me! Don't stress too much about the specs. It's a Gen3 drive from a reliable brand, so it should handle anything you throw at it without issues.

Getting a name brand SSD for $20 is fantastic! I recently spent $50 on a 500GB model, and I feel like I got a great deal too. You made a smart choice!
