I recently got a good deal on a used PC that has the Intel 14700F processor, and it comes with DDR5 RAM, which is awesome! However, I can't find much in the way of gaming benchmarks for the 14700F since most tests focus on the K version. I know the K version should be quicker due to its higher clock speeds and TDP, but I'm curious about how noticeable the performance gap actually is while gaming.

In terms of gaming, you probably won't notice a big difference unless you're planning to overclock the K version. It is designed for more performance, but the F is still pretty capable for most games.
Honestly, the difference is mostly negligible for gaming. Unless you're aiming for top-tier performance, you shouldn’t worry too much about it.
The performance gap is likely minimal during gaming. Passmark data suggests about a 20% difference overall, but keep in mind that may not translate directly to gaming, where it could be just around 5% in single-thread performance, which is what really counts.
Exactly! So, don’t stress too much about the numbers unless you're deep into benchmarking and high-end gaming setups.

Yeah, I had issues with Passmark stats before too. They can be off, especially when it comes to specific CPU specs and how they perform in real-world scenarios.
