I recently rebooted my remote PC for work, and when I logged back in, all my browsers closed. Typically, I use the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+T to restore my previous session, but since I'm accessing the PC through Chrome Remote Desktop, that command isn't working for me. Is there a way to script this keyboard shortcut on my local PC so that it works over the remote session?

Another option is to set Chrome so that it always reopens the tabs from your last session instead of starting on a homepage. It could save you the hassle next time!
Have you thought about using the on-screen keyboard? That might let you send the Ctrl+Shift+T command directly, even over remote access.
I tried that initially, but since the Chrome window isn't active when I type in the on-screen keyboard, it doesn’t work.
Yeah, I think the on-screen keyboard should work fine through Remote Desktop. It might just depend on how your setup is configured.

But how does that actually help restore my whole session? I'm not sure how that would work.
