I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 26, but I saw that there was an update for both 18.7 and 26. Now that I've upgraded, I really dislike the new iOS 26 features. Some of my apps disappeared, and I'm constantly getting prompted for exceptions on certain apps, which is super frustrating. Just to clarify, I do have parental controls set up, but I'm not a kid—so please skip the judgment. I'm just looking for some help on how to revert back to iOS 18.7 without having to play detective to figure out which five apps were deleted.

You might find that you can tweak some of the annoying changes in the settings—not everything is permanent. What specific features or changes are bothering you? I could help you find a solution for those tweaks!
Honestly, everything about this update has been a pain.
