Is This a Good Build for GTA 6?

Hey everyone! I'm considering a build for GTA 6 and wanted to get your thoughts on whether this setup would be good enough when the game finally drops. Here's what I'm planning: a Ryzen 5 7600x processor, paired with an NZXT Kraken 240 cooler. For graphics, I have a PNY GeForce RTX 4060 with 8GB, and I'm using a Gigabyte B650M GAMING WIFI motherboard. I've got 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 RAM and a Kingston NV3 1 TB SSD for storage. The case is an NZXT H5 Flow, and I'll have two NZXT F140 RGB fans for cooling. Lastly, my power supply is an XPG Core Reactor II VE 750W, and I'm using an LG UltraGear 24.0" monitor. Do you think this will run GTA 6 well, or should I make some changes?

I doubt your build will be sufficient at launch. Until we get the official requirements, it’s hard to say for certain. But based on past trends, I wouldn't count on the RTX 4060 handling GTA 6 smoothly. It might be wise to upgrade your GPU before the game comes out if you want a decent experience.

Honestly, we don’t really know how demanding GTA 6 will be since it’s still a bit away from launch. But considering that the RTX 4060 struggles with games like RDR2 at 1080p on medium settings, it might not perform well with GTA 6. You might be looking at 30fps on low settings, which isn't great. I'd recommend considering a card with more VRAM, like the RX 6800 XT or RTX 5060 Ti, to be more future-proof.

Yeah, it’s crazy how something like RDR2 can push a card like the 4060 so hard! Makes you wonder about the optimization on both ends.

Right? It feels like the 4060 is being held back by the games more than anything else!
